Customizing View, Search, Sort, and Filter
Virgo makes it simple to search, sort, and filter data, and customize your view for your specific needs.
You will learn about the different standard view options, how to search, sort, and filter record series and citations, customize your view, and share your view with a colleague.
Once you have your custom view, you can export it to a report or other systems.
Length: 3 minutes.
Virgo’s predefined menu lists different standard view options.
The state of each grid/table view – selected columns, column order, sort order, and filters – is now saved on your device with each change. This means that reloading the application, logging out and back in, or closing and opening your browser will not reset your grid settings. You can now pick up where you left off. Of course, you can still use the View menu or an existing browser bookmark to quickly change to a specific view.
Note: changes in column width are not saved at this time.

Click the View button.

- To search and filter record series or citations, in the Search field enter the record series code or key word to quickly find and filter the record series or citations needed.
- Click the Filter button to perform the filter.
