Forgot My Password
If you forget your password, Virgo can help you reset it. You must have access to the email address associated with the user account.
To reset your password
- Using the following URL: https://virgo.infogovsolutions.com/app, from the Virgo login screen, click Forgot my password.
- Enter your User Name and click Reset Password to start the process. An email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address associated with the username.
- Click on the link in the email or copy and paste the link into your web browser. Enter your User Name and a new Password. After confirming your new password, click Submit New Password.
- Password must include at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character. Password length must be no less than 8 characters and no greater than 25 characters.
- Once the password has been set, click Log In. You will be redirected to the main Log In screen.
